My wife and I met Maria on a house hunting trip to San Diego. I am in the military and we only had a week to find a home. Most agents I spoke to wanted to provide lists of homes and we spent most of our time getting lost! While driving through Scripps Ranch we found a house listed by Maria. I told her we were on a pretty tight schedule and she basically made us her number one priority! For the next two days Maria drove us to numerous homes and we found one we liked. My wife and I signed the initial paperwork and the next day we were on the road back home.

I have had the distinct pleasure of doing business with Maria over the span of seven years. Throughout that time, she worked very hard to help me choose the right path to follow concerning my rental property and the purchase of my primary residence. The simple result is that I have the utmost trust and confidence in Maria’s ability and have reaped the benefits of her steadfast commitment to my real estate needs and desires.
I had had my rental property managed and was thinking of selling it; however, based on Maria’s thorough analysis of the property at the time she convinced me not to sell. She said she’d keep a sharp eye out for the right timing for a sale. Five years later she called me on the East Coast and said I could finally get a good return on my investment. She generated the paperwork to put the property on the market and then I got “cold feet” and backed out. Some agents would have dropped me at this point but not Maria. She waited patiently understanding my situation and finally the next spring, I was ready to sell. There were several problems with the property which Maria surmounted with forcefulness and determination. When one deal fell through, she quickly found a new buyer and we pressed forward. We conducted the sale over the phone from seaboard to seaboard without a hitch!
Next my wife and I returned to San Diego and began actively looking for a house. Maria suffered through the daily agony of our quibbling over priorities and not finding the “right” home. She always remained positive and above all patient. Even when we were in the final throws of making an offer and saw something on the listing we had already ruled out; Maria rapidly shifted gears and took us to see the home we eventually settled on and adore.
